Ring tests 2016

As part of ensuring a constant quality control and -improvement, PRIMORIS Bulgaria takes part in many national and international ring tests. These are independent checks on the quality of laboratory analysis. Based on the results of these ring tests, the performance of the analytical method is evaluated and, if necessary, improved. Some of these ring tests are undercover tests in order to meet the highest possible quality standards.

This year, PRIMORIS Bulgaria has already taken part in following ring tests

1.        EUPT‐CF10 : pesticides on rye flour
2.        EUPT-FV18: pesticides on frozen spinach
3.        FAPAS 19210 : pesticides on mandarin puree
4.        FAPAS 19211: pesticides on tomato puree
5.        FAPAS 19217: pesticides on lettuce
6.        FAPAS 04301: mycotoxins on maize

In the context of internal quality assurance, PRIMORIS Bulgaria has taken part this year in proficiency tests of FAPAS. This organization is accredited for the organization and reporting of ring tests. Taking part in the proficiency tests of FAPAS gives us confidence in our laboratory equipment, methods and staff, and assurance that we are delivering the quality results demanded by our customers.
